200 Post-Rock songs
Post-Rock 後搖滾的介紹，在網路就可以找到一堆，就不在此贅述了。
想說的是，隨著歷史的進程，後搖滾的原始定義早已異化，除了常見的融合 Ambient, Electronica, Jazz, Krautrock, Dub, Minimalism 元素的另類樂團，近年有更多的結合 Dark Ambient, Drone, Industrial, Noise, Post-Hardcore, Shoegaze 等樂風的金屬樂團出現，這類地下（實驗）團體有時被稱為 Atmospheric Black Metal、Blackgaze、Post-Metal，而他們也都被納入 Post-Rock 範疇。
Post-Rock 往往沒有歌詞，幾乎都是以吉他和鼓為中心（有些 Post-Metal 樂團會有人聲，通常都是尖叫或是咆哮，比較像是另一種樂器），歌曲篇幅偏長，結構鬆散、卻層次分明，強調的是以音樂營造氣氛、抒發感情（or 紓解情緒）。一般介紹 Post-Rock 鮮少提及 60 年代的 Psychedelic Rock、70年代的 Progressive Rock、以及中世紀以降 Classical 古典音樂的影響，這些音樂風格正是引領 Post-Rock 新世代創作廣闊且內省聲音的源頭。
這裡選的 Post-Rock 歌曲，是這幾年常聆聽的「音樂」（比起「歌曲」，「音樂」或許才算是正確的形容）。這份清單，有兩項特點：1.) 本世紀發行 2.) 團名都是由四個字組成（冠詞一樣視為單字）。之所以如此決定，只是因為全球有太多太多後搖樂團了，時間實在有限，無法全心投入關注，僅能依這個簡單的標準作取捨。（四個字的團名本身，往往隱含某種意象 or 朦朧美感，故以此設限。）

附記．
這兩年之所以開始比較用力聽 Post-Rock，主要是看書時不希望房間靜悄悄的。早年看書都是以電影配樂（Score）當背景音樂，總有時候沒留意就被熟悉的主題旋律拉走，開始回憶起電影情節，因此換成了環境音樂（Ambient）；Ambient 平緩而無明顯調性的樂風，曾經陪伴我數十寒暑，隨著年紀大了，背景音樂漸漸成了催眠曲，不得不調整音樂選項；Post-Rock 有著搖滾調性，又不像電音舞曲的強拍喧賓奪主，剛好符合需求；搖滾樂 or 民謠，有歌詞的曲子，太容易分心了，未曾納入考慮，至於酷派爵士、古典音樂，嗯，太優雅了（得專心聆賞），不適合當背景音樂。
