Entertainment For The Braindead是來自德國科隆的Julia Kotowski的化名，她以簡單的配器與編曲，充滿個人感悟的歌詞，創造出豐富而多彩的聲音與旋律。
與大多數年輕人不同的是，Julia 熱愛傳統居家生活，她從未想要離開家庭，她一直與父母住在一起，也因此，她大多數的創作，都在臥室房間裡獨自完成。
簡單的木吉他（guitar）、斑鳩琴（banjo）or烏克麗麗四弦琴（ukulele），非傳統的打擊樂器（瓶瓶罐罐、紙箱木盒，甚至是桌子抽屜），加上偶爾特意碰撞出的鼓聲or電子騷音，Julia以其純淨清明的嗓音，構築出小而美的音樂世界。
就像強調自我精神世界的私小說，Julia Kotowski的音樂（尤其是初期的創作），總帶著小小的私密性；它們並不適合在熱鬧喧囂的白天、或是歡騰激昂的場合聆聽；唯有夜深人靜、沉澱自我的孤獨時刻，才能真實感受‧‧‧

1. Julia在網頁上表示“音樂是無法賺錢的，但能獲得樂趣”，所以她的所有創作，都可以下載，至於是否付費、金額多寡，就自由心證了。
2. Julia有個副業，就是插畫工作，只要是自費發行的CD，封面與內頁圖文都是她親手繪製完成的，也因此，張張限量發行，甫上市即絕版。
3. 2011年除了現場專輯，還會在網路發佈一張收錄樂友們混音的歌曲輯。
